WHY CGLI EXISTS
Activity is not the same as healthy growth.
A church can be busy without becoming stronger. It can grow in attendance while leadership, formation, structure, and capacity remain weak. It can pray sincerely and still struggle because the real causes of instability have not been identified clearly.
