WHY THE INSTITUTE EXISTS
Sincere effort does not always produce stable development.
Many leaders pray, preach, organize, and work faithfully, yet remain trapped in recurring problems because the real condition of the church has not been understood clearly. Other churches experience visible growth but lack the leadership, formation, structure, and capacity required to carry that growth well.
CGLI helps leaders bring greater clarity to these realities. The Institute combines spiritual seriousness, diagnostic thinking, leadership formation, organizational order, and practical action. Its purpose is not to replace the spiritual life of the church, but to help leaders exercise wisdom and responsibility in strengthening the structures, decisions, relationships, and capacities through which ministry is carried.
