CGLI certification pathways are intended for experienced leaders who want to apply the Institute’s frameworks responsibly in advisory, coaching, and training contexts.

Certification is not merely a completion badge.

The pathways are built around serious study, consistent application, ethical responsibility, and demonstrated readiness to carry CGLI’s approach with clarity and integrity.

Certification must protect the seriousness, consistency, ethics, and quality of the Institute’s methods. Detailed admission, assessment, supervision, and renewal requirements will be published only after formal approval for public release.

For leaders preparing to assess church-health and growth conditions and provide structured guidance using CGLI principles and tools.

For leaders preparing to support pastors and ministry leaders through guided reflection, leadership strengthening, and responsible implementation.

Certified CGLI Trainer

For qualified leaders preparing to teach approved CGLI programmes and facilitate learning experiences according to Institute standards.
