Benoit Kudinga is a Christian author, economist, researcher, and strategic advisor, and the founder of the Church Growth & Leadership Institute (CGLI) and KEFA — Kudinga Economic & Financial Advisory. His professional background spans economic and macroeconomic analysis, public finance, education finance, organizational leadership, research, teaching, and practical institution-building across the Democratic Republic of Congo and Canada.
He has served in senior financial, corporate, and strategic leadership roles in Alberta’s public sector, including as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer with Grande Yellowhead Public School Division, and held progressively senior budget and public-finance roles with the Government of Alberta. Earlier in his career, he contributed to economic research and policy work in the Democratic Republic of Congo, served as a ministerial advisor, taught at the training institute of the Central Bank of Congo, and supported economics teaching at the University of Kinshasa.
Benoit holds two master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Alberta and Southern Illinois University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics and Accounting from the University of Kinshasa.

His current research includes economic and organizational models of congregational growth, leadership capacity, formation, outreach, finance, and sustainable church development.
Through CGLI, he brings together Christian conviction, diagnostic thinking, leadership experience, institutional analysis, and practical tools to help pastors and church leaders move from recurring crisis toward stability and from stability toward healthy growth.
